We offer a full season LTC program for adults looking to take up the exciting game of curling. With the aid of certified coaches our new athletes learn how to deliver a curling stone, sweep and understand strategy. Our fun, progressive program offers a safe learning atmosphere where individuals can confidently progress at their own speed. We cover etiquette, game procedures and the social aspect of curling with “special” sessions and fun nights. Come out and give us a try.

The Learn To Curl League plays Friday evenings with the new Under 5 years of experience (U5) league alternating between 7:00 and 9:00 pm, beginning mid-October and runs through until the end of March. You won't play at Christmas or March break etc, etc.

All you will need is a clean pair of running shoes and comfortable clothing, we suggest you dress in layers as everybody is different some people will play in winter jackets while others are in shirts, gloves or mitts are recommended as well. All the rest of the equipment is supplied.

You will be on the ice at all times with a certified coach or instructor.
